The Buckeye Education sponsors the Buckeye Student of the Month and Buckeye AP Scholars.

The Foundation is also a proud sponsor of Game on Bucks: gamified professional development for teachers. Through this system, teachers engage in professional learning while earning points towards rewards.

You are invited to join Buckeye students, families, businesses, and community members for a family-focused event that includes a 5k race and 1-mile fun run or walk on Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at the Buckeye Track and Soccer Complex located behind the elementary buildings at Buckeye Local Schools, 3044 Columbia Road in Medina.

BUCKEYE EDUCATION FOUNDATION CHRISTMAS TREE RAFFLE

The Buckeye Education Foundation is hosting its annual Christmas Tree Gift Card Raffle as its Fall Fund Raiser. Raffle tickets are $20.00 and the winner will receive $1455 in gift cards from area businesses. The winning ticket will be drawn December 14, 2025 at Christmas in the Valley. Education Grants

The Buckeye Education Foundation gathers and distributes resources to the Buckeye Local School District to support activities that enhance, enrich, and supplement instructional opportunities for school district learners consistent with the School District Mission Statement.

Prior grants awarded include:

Garden Club, Stem Club, Lego Robotics, recycling project, Stem Club, and more.

Most recently, grants have funded the Confetti project at Buckeye Junior High, a High School English Language Arts project, and a Science project at Buckeye Intermediate.
