Executive Board


The Buckeye Education sponsors the Buckeye Student of the Month and Buckeye AP Scholars.

The Foundation is also a proud sponsor of Game on Bucks: gamified professional development for teachers. Through this system, teachers engage in professional learning while earning points towards rewards.


Fitness Team 2023

An after-school running program for 4th , 5th and 6th grade Buckeye Intermediate
students that will motivate kids to be fit and have fun!  The program is designed to help students set and achieve a fitness goal with their friends and Buckeye teachers, coaches and junior high and high school track athletes. The 7-week program starts on Thursday, March 23 and the last meeting date is Tuesday, May 9th. The cost is $20 which includes registration for the Craig Bailey Memorial 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on May 13th and a t-shirt.

Education Grants

The Buckeye Education Foundation gathers and distributes resources to the Buckeye Local School District to support activities that enhance, enrich, and supplement instructional opportunities for school district learners consistent with the School District Mission Statement.

Prior grants awarded include:

Garden Club, Stem Club, Lego Robotics, recycling project, Stem Club, and more.

Most recently, grants have funded the Confetti project at Buckeye Junior High, a High School English Language Arts project, and a Science project at Buckeye Intermediate.
